Back to school! (I had some major mixed emotions about back to work…mostly the “I’m not ready” emotion!)

As for “kitchen duty” I went above and beyond these past couple weeks, stocking up the fridge and freezer with healthy, homemade meals. I made some vegan blueberry chia pancakes…

Veggie prep for pasta primavera…
Developing recipes…the story of my life (but I love it!).

I teach a 6/7 split (very busy!!!!). I really don’t know how I find the time to cook, lol!
