Mornings for many families are usually one of the most hectic times of the day. With these make-ahead, raw strawberry cheesecake overnight oats you can rest assured that your morning will be stress-free!
No-bake oats are the perfect way reduce stress in the morning because they are quite simply one of the easiest breakfasts you can make. Simply combine all the ingredients and store in the fridge overnight. The long soaking time allows the liquid to soften the oats, creating a luscious, creamy oatmeal without any cooking and no mess! These strawberry cheesecake overnight oats can be served as a quick breakfast for the kids or as a healthy and hearty on-the-go morning snack. You can serve them cold right from the fridge or warmed, depending on your preference.
I love this make-ahead oar recipe because it is so versatile. I always start with the base ingredients (oats, milk and yogurt) and add a variety of toppings, such as fresh blueberries, raspberries, mango, bananas (the list goes on) to create interesting overnight oats flavour combinations. The combination of sweet strawberries, tart yogurt and coconut milk and crumbly cookies makes for a delicious, strawberry cheesecake-inspired recipe that is actually healthy for you! The addition of chia seeds adds a dose of heart-healthy fats and is the key ingredient in creating these luscious, dense oats.

Great Idea, a lot of days, I don’t like the idea of something hot in the morning or having to sit down to eat it.
Oh I love overnight oats and now you’re adding cheesecake?! Take my money! lol
I’m visiting my son and his wife right now. Your blog has fast become a favorite, just as I knew it would. This kind of thing explains instantly why that is true. 🙂
Awe, that’s so nice to hear! Thank you!
My girlfriend has been raving about overnight oats for a while, I’m glad I finally found a recipe I can try. This looks delicious, thank you for sharing.
That’s great…there are some other recipes on the Blog that you can try too!
Is there something to use other than the chia seeds? I have to make this asap, and we don’t have any. 😛
You can omit the chia seeds! Just reduce the liquid content…I always add less and then add more if needed before serving!
I love eating oatmeal, especially before a long run but I’ve never thought far enough in advance to make overnight oats.
If oatmeal is your thing, then you need to try these!!! They are so easy to make and perfect for you if you go for a run in the mornings!
Yum, I’d love to make overnight oats with this flavor. I need to do this more often because I’m so bad about breakfast.
I am too sometimes, I get lazy! I’ve redeemed myself though because I made these for the kids the other day and yesterday I made a week’s worth of homemade pancakes 😉
Yum! This looks amazing. I have never tried overnight oats before, but I am definitely trying this recipe.
I am so going to pin this recipe! We love overnight oats here.
Thanks so much pinning and sharing! You should check out the other recipes too…we love banana and peanut butter!
Morning are the hardest for my family, so a quick breakfast is at the top of my list. This would be perfect for my kids.
Aren’t they for everyone with little ones? This can’t be any easier to prepare and you literally serve it cold in a bowl or warm it up for a minute!
This is something my family would love! Plus it looks pretty and having it ready to eat the next morning is nice!
We all love oats, especially when they’re made like this. It’s fun for the kids too to help make them (and doesn’t involve much of a mess, lol!).
This looks delicious! I would love to run down the road to the market and pick up some fresh strawberries and try this one!
Nice! Fresh strawberries are best! I also sometimes puree them with the chia seeds to make a jam and I mix that into the overnight oats.
I love anything with Strawberries. I can’t wait to make this!
What a clever way to make cheesecake. It looks heavenly. Can’t wait to try it out!
Thanks! It’s as close as you can get without it getting too heavy or caloric!
Yum! I can’t wait to make my own. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
I love overnight oats! I never tried using coconut milk , though.
I don’t drink any dairy so I usually opt for coconut or almond milk. My kids do however, they love coconut milk just as much as regular milk.
Thank you for the recipe. My kids will definitely love eating
this dessert specially my little girl.
I don’t think I’ve ever actually served it as a dessert for the kids…great idea 😉
This looks so delicious. I will have to try it this weekend. I am sure my family will love it.
Oh my this looks so delicious! It’s definitely on the healthy side. I love making my own food, where I know it’s real!
Thanks for sharing the recipe.
How do you get to do the recipe in the printable like that?
Exactly! It’s time consuming and stressful at times, but I prefer anything homemade!! Unfortunately, there isn’t a printable version ;-(
Wow this looks good! I have heard good things about overnight oats but have never seen any that look this pretty! I know mine won’t actually look like this but this has inspired me to make them! Yum! Pinning
Mine don’t normally look this ‘pretty!’ When I’m not taking photos for the Blog everything usually gets mixed together without much thought in regards to presentation, lol!
Oh my. These look amazing. I will have to make these in a few weeks when I have my niece coming to visit! Perfect!
Thank you! Hope she loves them as much as we do!
Mmm this sounds so good! I love strawberry.

I’ve been wanting to try some of the overnight oats I’ve been seeing lately, but I think this one is the one I’ll try. It’s so pretty and I imagine it tastes delicious. Anything with cheesecake in the title has to be good.
All you need to know is the base recipe (oats + milk) and then you can just add any ingredients to suit your tastes! So easy and versatile!
These look yummy! I have often wondered how to make these the night before.
Not much to it…just mix and store in the fridge 😉
