These healthy blueberry mango overnight oats are creamy and fresh-tasting, made with all-natural ingredients, fresh fruit and they are 100% vegan!
Overnight oats have become a staple recipe in my home. Long gone are the mornings when I stood by the stove preparing traditonal oats. Mornings are so much easier now that I can prepare breakfast the night before!
It’s simple, just mix ingredients in a large bowl then let sit overnight in the fridge, and in the morning you’ll have a nice bowl of ready-to-serve, plump, dense, and delicious oats!
The kids loved these blueberry overnight oats, probably moreso than my Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats and Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats. There’s just something about the creamy texture and richness combined with the fresh fruit (not to mention, my kids absolutely love blueberries and mangoes!) that made this one a hit!
Freeze leftover in an air tight container for up to 3 months. When reheating, add more milk or liquid of choice to soften the oats.
That looks amazing! You are really gifted in decorating food – just beautiful!
Thank you!! That’s a huge compliment 😉
That looks really good. I never ate cold oatmeal. That would be a big and different change for me.
You don’t have to necessarily eat it cold! You can heat this up in the morning!
Love that you added Chia Seeds. I use them all the time myself also.
How do you incorporate them into recipes?
Wow – that’s a neat recipe to include chia seeds in diet! I struggle with these seeds.. and I really want to somehow have them more.. BTW, it looks very pretty too 🙂
I started simply adding them to salads, then to baked goods, puddings, in baked goods as a substitution for eggs, and now this!
All these recipes are making me so hungry 🙁 This looks so yummy and even though i’m not a fan of blueberries the pictures look so enticing ♥
Thank you! You could make this with mixed berries, strawberries, plums, apricots, whatever fruit you like!
Oh, man! This looks SO good! What a healthy and yummy breakfast!
Yum!! This looks really good. I’m always in need of new breakfast recipes and this seems like such a great option! Can’t wait to try it
I have another one coming up on the Blog this week…Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats 😉
Oh that looks like a very healthy breakfast, and not very hard to make either.
Not at all…just soak and serve in the morning!
I have not tried overnight oats before, they sound like a great
breakfast. These look amazing and delicious!
I have never tried overnight oats, but these look really good! I love the mango and blueberry combination!
If you like oats, you’ll love overnight oats (even if it’s simply due to the fact that they are SO easy to make!)
Beautiful pictures! This sounds amazing we love overnight oats but have never tried this combo!
You should check out those other recipes too! I just made a chocolate chip peanut butter one for the kids the other day!
I was hoping this recipe would appear here after seeing it on instagram! It looks delicious… I don’t think that my version would look nearly as beautiful!
You know I didn’t serve this to the kids this way, right??! lol!
This looks so good and easy to make too! I love blueberry and mango, some of my fave fruits!
Mine too…and the kids too! 😉
oh em gee!!!!! this looks so delicious!!! I cant wait to try this out!!! 🙂
You’ll love it! I can’t wait to make this in the summer when blueberries are actually in season here!
This looks and sounds so good. I have to try this at some point.
Those sound delicious. My hubby is big on oats, so I am sure he would love these. A lot.
My husband isn’t actually a fan of oatmeal (he’s from Italy and didn’t grow up with it like us North Americans) but this is definitely a great breakfast option for adults too!
These look and sound really good. I love that they are made with gluten free oats. I can’t wait to make them.
I love the idea of overnight oats. A friend of mine made some one time and they were absolutely delicious! Yours looks amazing.
I actually think they’re so much better than traditional oats…and you can’t beat the prep time!
Hum-I never thought of preparing oatmeal the night before! I rarely eat breakfast-but maybe if it was already to eat I would! I’m not a fan of mango and would probably use a different fruit in its place–the blueberries STAY.
This would be perfect for you! Just eat them right from the fridge or heat them up in the microwave!!
