Hmmm, avocado pasta sounds rather interesting! I have had the chocolate chip cookies before and the kids just love them but I have never tried sneaking avocado into pasta before!
That’s one of my faves…it’s so easy to make and so delicious, especially if you love avocado!

Good choice! They definitely have a healthy flavor to them…you could always add more chocolate chips if you want more decadence!

I would love to try to make the hummus. I buy it all the time at the grocery store, and it would be nice to try to make my own at home.
We love homemade hummus!! I don’t remember the last time I bought it!
Wow, they all look so delicious. I think I have to bookmark half of them to try but the Puffed Rice Breakfast Bars are #1 on my must-try list right now. I think my kids would love helping me make those.
I swear I make those puffed rice bars all the time!! I make a huge batch and store them in the freezer then just grab one in the morning for breakfast!

I’m totally pinning this! These all look awesome, and one of my goals for the year is to make some healthy treats for my toddler, who, despite the fact that we did baby-led weaning, is such a picky eater and might actually be made of cheese at this point.
My kids have their ups-and-downs too…sometimes they’ll devour a meal and then the next day they won’t even look at it! So frustrating!!

Yummy! Everything looks so amazing here but I am dying to try out this hummus recipe! I have been buying hummus several times a week and have never thought about making my own!
Packaged hummus is delicious but it’s always best to make your own because you know what’s going in it!
The Blueberry Mini Muffins look really good, I’m a muffin type of girl. I eat one every single day for breakfast.

I love the hummus! Of course, I like them all. I would love to have one or more of those blueberry mini muffins for breakfast.
I love the mini quiche recipe! I can make a huge batch (double) and keep extras in the fridge for grab and go lunches or snacks.
There’s something about them…they’re so compact, easy to eat (for kids) and an easy grab n’go meal.
I love the mini quiches! These are a favorite around our house when we need a breakfast that will travel with us to wherever we are headed that morning!
They would definitely be great as a grab n’go meal…the bars too!
