Love Turmeric! I once had an acupuncturist recommend it for my aches, and I have since added it to my scrambled eggs in the morning and to a few other foods, and I really do think it has helped!

I know there are many ways to use turmeric but, a few of these I wasn’t aware of. I have heard many say it is great for the skin, I would like to try to make a face mask. Wow, adding to rice, I really need to try that one.
So many good tips here. We currently add it to soups and our veggie bakes. Never tried salad dressings but that is a great idea. Question, have you tried the tooth whitening? Seems like it would have the opposite effect. lol.
I have tried it, and yes it seems to have the opposite effect! It’s kind of scary seeing your teeth that yellow!!! I definitely felt like my teeth were cleaned and shiny…I think it has to be done frequently to notice big changes!
