Who would have thought that I would still be roaming around the blogoshpere after one year?!  I myself had no clue as to how long I would be able to keep this blog going, especially after having two children!

Blogging for me, is a sort of online journal of recipes, food for thought and a memoir of my personal experiences while riding this roller coaster called, “motherhood!”  (I hope that one day my children will the appreciate the effort I put into this online cookbook and memoir…and possibly remember a recipe or two!

It’s flattering, inspiring, (and sometimes overwhelming) at the response my blog has received over the past year.  YOUR comments, ideas, and interest are what keep me going!  So, I thank YOU, my followers, for your genuine interest and support in promoting my blog and for sharing your thoughts and opinions on my posts.  It truly is greatly appreciated!
