Ingredients

4 large organic strawberries
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 ripe mango, peeled
- 3 tbs. plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 tbs. shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk, or more depending on desired consistency
Directions
Cut the banana and mango into 1-2 inch pieces. Using an immersion blender or a small food processor, blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy. This also makes a great first food for baby. Just add a spoon or two of baby cereal to thicken the smoothie before serving.
