One of the best aspects of being a food blogger is that I get to share my favourite clean eating recipes with my readers. Another bonus is that I have the possibility to share delicious, healthy products that I’ve discovered you. And do I have an amazing product to share with you today!

Quinoa has been a constant on my grocery list for many years, and I can say in all honesty that this product is by far the best one I’ve had, in terms of flavour, convenience, and quality. This recipe for ginger sesame broccoli rabe quinoa was so simple to prepare – I just cooked a pre-rinsed portion of their organic quinoa and combined it with some broccoli rabe sautéed in a garlic, ginger, sesame, and soy sauce. Ingredients
    2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved or minced
  • 1 tbs. fresh ginger, finely minced
  • 2 cups broccoli rabe (stems included), roughly chopped
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced (one for garnish)
  • 3-4 tbs. gluten-free soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup water
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • 3 cups pre-cooked GoGo Quinoa Tri-Color Mix
Directions

Heat the olive an sesame oil in a large frying pan for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and soya sauce, and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Add the broccoli rabe and water to the pan and sauté (covered) for 10-12 minutes or until the broccoli is fork tender. In the meantime, cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Once cooked, combined the quinoa with the broccoli rabe and stir to combine. Garnish with finely diced scallions and sesame seeds.
