Ingredients
    1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs. organic maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 cup pureed organic strawberries (about 12-14 medium strawberries)
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup crumbled cookies of choice
Directions

Mix the yogurt, 1 tbs. of the maple syrup, and the chia seeds in a small bowl until combined. Set aside in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until the chia seeds have softened and the yogurt has thickened. In the meantime, wash the strawberries and pat dry then remove the stems and the leaves. Puree in a small food processor with 1 tbs. of maple syrup until smooth.

To serve, layer the pureed strawberries and Greek yogurt over the crumbled cookies. Or, simply mix all the ingredients and serve! Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
