Thanks for the feedback Kristen!! Glad to know it was a hit! The lemon sounds delicious…I’ll have to try that! I guess the doneness of the lentils depends on your own preference, but I also find that the amount of time I cook them for varies a bit from time to time! 😉

My 2 1/2 year old loved it (which I was very surprised about) and my husband did too! We squeezed lemon on top which for me made it go from great to excellent. I would cook the lentils for about 5 to 10 minutes longer next time. Will definitely make it again! Thanks 🙂
