I’ve frozen them and they do freeze well.The texture is slightly less crumbly when you defrost them as they were when freshly made but they are still delicious! Have you made them yet?

I’m definitely guilty of making the commercial bars, and I do have to say that I always prefer homemade ones. They just taste so much fresher (and better!).
