My husband isn’t a huge fan of salmon either but he loved this! The glaze is so flavourful so it actually masks the strong flavour of the salmon!

I make a glaze with apricot jelly and soy and sesame oil. YUM

My kids love fish so this is a family favourite. I mix their salmon with some fried rice…just to give it a little more texture.
