I just made a bunch of energy bites using my protein powder. These would have great benefits too. My son has digestive issues and so using chia seeds in them too helps him

Protein balls are wonderful! I always keep a stash in the freezer .. they’re such a healthy treat when I need a pick me up. Loving your version with all natural ingredients and a little taste of chocolate. Can’t wait to give them a try!

These look pretty easy to make. I’m not a big fan of oats thought but I think my sister in law would like these. She loves being healthy and finding new recipes. I am going to have to pass this one along to her for sure! I’m positive she will enjoy these!!

This sounds like it would be a great snack to have on hand. It would be fabulous to snack on after a workout, during the day or as an after school for the kids. I also like that they are simple to make and that you can switch up the flavours by adding other ingredients to this recipe.

We had these before, and my daughter and her friends at college enjoyed them. Recipe looks quick and easy to make. I’ll pass this recipe on to her, should she want to make them for them!
