Hi Helen! The dipping sauce is very easy to make. It’s made with Greek yogurt, with some fresh lemon juice and dill. We like it nice and simple! You could also add in some minced parsley or mint and/or capers.

Me too, I love the flavours of Greek food. You can also give these and an Italian twist by adding Parmesan instead of feta, and adding spices like basil and oregano.
