Ricotta in ice cream…sounds yummy! If you love the ricotta and honey combo you might want to try this appetizer or snack: fill a piece of iceberg lettuce with ricotta and drizzle with honey! I’ve seen this a few times in Sardinia…it’s delicious! 😉
