I mentioned in another comment that Gordon wouldn’t like this recipe because it’s not runny and creamy, lol! I prefer it cooked like this…besides, its not a traditional recipe for risotto (which is cooked in one pan). How old is your daughter? My kids have their moments but usually eat everything. I can’t wait for the day when I can make meals without having to wonder if they’ll eat them or not!!

Me too!! Lol! Funny thing is, I actually prefer my rice on the drier side…and not too creamy and runny. Gordon would not like this recipe, lol!
