Wow Madzia!! That’s unbelievable!! I just don’t understand how people think that it’s okay to make such comments…they really don’t have a filter do they?! I mean, even if they are not trying to be malicious, they have to know that ANY mom would react negatively to such a comment!!

Don’t worry about her silly comment; I would take it to heart too but would probably be less gracious in my reply. One comment which I was fuming over for days was related to my then 8 month old daughter. The woman accused me of starving my child (I quote: ” your mommy must be starving you”) upon finding out my daughter’s age; Nina is very delicate and has always been slender. We both love to eat and I hope to try out some of your recipies today.

She was probably just jealous of you and your beautiful child or maybe she wasn’t a Mom and wasn’t aware of the “rule”! You’re an awesome mom and yes I agree that we all need to respect fellow Mom’s out there. We are all trying our best, loving our hardest and making our own mistakes. I’m so excited to try some new recipes! I’ve gathered all the right ingredients. I’m even going to try the oatmeal ones because “Papa’s breakfast” my Dad’s oatmeal and brownsugar has lost it’s appeal. Vivi will definintely go for it.
