I absolutely love Mexican food. It’s so nice that foods now are so available regardless of what your diet is. It’s great to be able to know that you can make anything/everything without having to always use meats.
I can’t get enough of these! The cinnamon sugar tortilla crisps really fascinating me because who doesn’t love a Tex-Mex themed dessert? I think my favorite is the quesadillas. They look healthy and delicious!
Even as a meat eater these all look good! Especially those sweet potato wedges and the cauliflower rice with black beans. Yum!
I never really tried Mexican food before but this I am willing to give a try. It looks so yummy I want it in my tummy 🙂
