We’re Selling Baby Food!

We’re Selling Baby Food!

I’m proud and (extremely) excited to announce that Bites for Babies fare can now be purchased locally!  My Blog, which started off as a vessel to share recipes (and keep track of them personally) developed into a “small business” of hosting workshops for moms interested in the whole make-your-own baby food process and now…SELLING baby food (which only seemed to be an inevitable and natural progression)!

In action at my last workshop…

As far-fetched, insane, overzealous (some words I’ve used to describe this decision) as it sounds, I figured it’s worth a go.  I’ve had too many friends and moms planting the seeds (for a while now) for me to not at least try this new venture.  You only live once, right?!

This is what my freezer has looked like for the last two years…now YOURS can too!

Not only do I love cooking but I also love informing moms at my workshops about healthy food choices, sharing storage and cooking tips, etc.  I like setting an example (as I’ve been told) to busy, maybe not-so confident in the kitchen moms, that making homemade baby food isn’t as difficult as it seems.

As excited as I am, I’ll be taking this new adventure one (baby)step at a time, hence the idea to kick off my baby-food selling journey with a mini-pilot project…just to get my feet warm and to see if I can tempt moms (well, babies actually) with my recipes!

Here’s our very FIRST weekly menu!  (Although it’s short notice, orders CAN be placed up until Friday, May 3rd for pick-up next week! 😉

As I’ve said, this is a new journey and I have limited experience with the logistics of the market, however, I KNOW baby food and I hope that many of you will want to join me during this journey…and take baby along for the ride!
