I often find myself reminiscing about the Mayan Riviera, which we visited over 5 years ago. A week in the Mayan Riviera is just what I needed to recharge my batteries – some fun in the sun, combined with loads of relaxation time, and of course the delicious food. The first time we visited Mexico we stayed in Cabo San Lucas, which is off the western coast of Mexico. This time around we spent a glorious week in Playa del Carmen, just south of Cancun and north of Tulum.
