These cranberry coconut bliss balls are heavenly! These two-bite morsels are a cross between dense, chewy cookie dough and crunchy granola bars-minus the butter and refined sugar and flour. The best part of all? They don’t require any baking!
One of the most popular items on Instagram and Pinterest feeds are raw bliss balls. Why? Firstly, they are the epitome of the no bake, no fuss, no prep snack generation that practically anyone can make (even my kids!).
Secondly, they are much healthier than packaged foods which are usually loaded with refined sugars and empty calories. Thirdly, they are easily transportable…and just plain ole’ delicious!
Bliss balls are a made with a combination of dried fruits and nuts, seeds, oats and/or puffed rice and natural sweeteners, such as maple syrup or honey. You can personalize the recipe by opting for additional flavourings which can vary from chocolate and coconut to cherry and carrot. Nut butters add creaminess to these decadent treats and you can sneak in superfood combinations like chia, hemp, or flax seeds.
Preparing these two-bite treats requires only about 10 minutes (plus chilling time in the fridge) and are practically effortless-just roll into a ball, and done!
It comes as no surprise that these bliss balls can actually be called a bona-fide healthy snack since they are made with natural sweeteners and wholesome ingredients, so go ahead and eat one, or two, or more!

I agree…I don’t understand how some people have an aversion to coconut!
These sound tasty. I am not usually a fan of coconut. I’d have to leave that out. I might give these a try.
Lol! I was just mentioning in another comment how I don’t understand how people don’t like coconut!!! Only because I absolutely love it!!!

These balls look amazing!! I have a recipe I make but they don’t have cranberries, I need to make these ASAP!!
I make a ton of different raw bar/cookies combinations…I’ve never added cranberries before…this is the first time!
Wow! I can’t believe it only takes 10 minutes to make those delicious balls. I don’t bake so it’s a plus for me to try doing these cranberry coconut bliss balls. Finding the ingredients is the only challenge for now.
I don’t really love baking either…I always try to substitute ingredients and then my recipes don’t turn out ;-(
Love this recipe! I am going to try this out! These look so good!
Yummy! I think I have all the ingredients in my pantry. I will do this later.
I think most people would have these ingredients in their pantry…that’s a plus…no need to run out and buy them.
This look so good and I love that they are Gluten free…what type of puffed rice cereal did you find that was GF?
I can’t remember the name of the brand but it’s an organic brand!
I should add coconut to more of my baked goods. I add cranberries to any and everything.
Those look so delicious! I’d love to make up a batch of these for quick breakfasts or on the go snacks.
This would be a great snack to take with you everywhere. I’m looking for some healthy treats to bring an airplane ride, this fits that bill.
These would be perfect!! They tend to get somewhat soft when out of the fridge so I suggest storing them in a tupperware as opposed to a plastic bag.
These would make a wonderful road trip snack! We are always looking for new and yummy snack to take along on our adventures and you just added one to our list! Thank you for sharing!
Those look amazing! I love the flavors, and the glaze is the icing on the cake, er, bliss balls.
